1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using bmbl.io (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by bmbl.io.

2. Description of Service

bmbl.io is an AI-powered SEO scanning platform that analyzes websites across 200+ ranking factors including technical SEO, on-page optimization, performance, security, mobile readiness, and AI-driven insights. The Service provides actionable recommendations to improve search engine rankings.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it up to date.

4. Token System and Billing

The Service uses a token-based billing system:

• Starter (Free) — 2,500 tokens/month
• Pro ($19/mo) — 50,000 tokens/month
• Agency ($49/mo) — 200,000 tokens/month

Tokens are consumed when running scans: Lite scans cost 500 tokens and Deep scans cost 2,000 tokens. Unused tokens do not roll over between billing periods for subscription plans. One-time token pack purchases do not expire.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have permission to scan
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or token deductions
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use the Service to distribute malware or engage in malicious activity
• Resell or redistribute scan results without written permission
• Overload the Service with excessive automated requests

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its algorithms, design, and content, is the intellectual property of bmbl.io. Scan reports generated for your websites are yours to use. The underlying scanning methodology and scoring algorithms remain our property.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that implementing our recommendations will improve your search rankings. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control. Scan results are advisory only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bmbl.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of revenue, rankings, or data.

9. Refund Policy

Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. One-time token pack purchases are non-refundable once tokens have been used.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
